With so many bodybuilding supplements on the market today promising to increase muscle size, strength, some even guarantee that you’ll have a Mr Olympia body in no time.
There are some excellent bodybuilding supplements out there, but in the other hand there some really bad ones, bad in the way that they cost a lot and don’t deliver the promised results and you end up wasting your hard earned money.

To help you choose the right bodybuilding supplement we have put a list of 6 features that a good bodybuilding supplement should do in order to deliver good results:
- Increase Free Testosterone Utilization – This element puts your body in a growth state by increasing uptake of free testosterone. What it does is increase the number of androgen receptors found within muscle cell. The free testosterone binds to these receptors and allows them to signal muscle growth.
- Anabolic Transaction Factor (ATF-4) Modulation – ATF-4 plays a central role in hormonal regulation of amino acid and protein anabolism.
- Insulin Manipulation – This super-sensitizes your muscle cells for maximum nutrient absorption , creating a rich anabolic environment ideal for muscle growth.
- Inhibit Catabolic Machinery – This element shut off the switches that limit muscle size, and protect you muscles from catabolism effects.
- Satellite Cell Activation – These satellite cells respond to growth signals to increase size and muscle tissue.
- Increase Muscle Fibre – The more muscle fibre the better, more fibre means strong muscularity, more definition and hardness too.
Next time you are looking for a bodybuilding supplement to increase muscle size and strength look out for these 6 features. Ask your local shop owner for help and if you have any doubts leave you questions in our comments section and we’ll be more than happy to answer all you questions.

I’m 53 – work out 4-5 times a week for 45 mins per time – mostly free weights and a universal machine – am not taking any suppliments and feel like I am not getting as much as I could from the routine. What is a good, all around product for me? Thanks for your assistance.
