Bodybuilding Supplements Reviews – Cheaters Relief

November 12th, 2008 · 3 Comments

Following a muscle building diet is no easy task, there you have to eat the right amounts of proteins as well as the right amounts of carbs and essential fats and by all means avoid sweets and junk food.

But we’re still humans and every once in a while we are forced to cheat on our diet, site whether is a business dinner, weddings, birthdays or cravings to order the biggest and greasiest burger with the largest coke and a caramel sundae for desert.

Thinking of people like you and me BSN made Cheaters Relief a bodybuilding supplement designed to reduce the absorption of sugar and fat calories.

Cheaters Relief inhibits the enzymes that break down the carbohydrates and fats you consume which helps to block their absorption and helps make use of the calories that your body does absorb.

By eating foods that are high in carbohydrates, especially sugar, you increase your body production of insulin, to much insulin in the blood equals low energy levels and a slow metabolism which means high levels of stored fat.

Cheaters Relief contains a Carb Relief-Insulin Regulation blend, sounds complicated ah? Basically what these nutrients do is mimic insulin by helping to drive consumed sugars and carbs into the muscles cells to be absorbed as fuel, helping to prevent an overproduction of insulin.

Cheaters Relief should not be taken on a daily basis; you should only take it on days that you cheat on your diet by eating high-calories foods.

If you are loyal to your diet but sometimes you feel like breaking the rules, I strongly recommend that you buy yourself Cheaters Relief and have stored in your supplements cupboard.

For recommended use see Cheaters Relief faqs page there you will find the right dosage according to the amount of carbs and fats you are eating.

I would like to here you opinion on this supplement, tell us what you think or what you heard about it.

I have been taking Cheaters relief on my “cheat”, days for about a year now and I must admit, it REALLY WORKS!! I eat all the food I enjoy on the weekends and take the correct dosages according to the reccommendations, and I haven’t gained an ounce! I do workout on a regular basis and eat really well during the week, but sometimes I just need some fattening foods to make me happy and not feel deprived! This is a good investment and I just re-ordered more! Thanks!
