That was a well known practice amongst bodybuilders back in the day, but that was an unsafe practice not to mention that it was unhealthy due to the high cholesterol and fat in eggs.

The safest way to do it is to separate the egg whites from the yokes, a large egg has around 6g of protein and 5g of fat, while egg whites contain 3.5g of protein and zero fat. But if you don’t have the time or patience to separate the egg whites from the yokes you can buy egg protein supplements.

Egg protein supplements can be found in powders or tablets, whit these supplements you can take as much egg protein as your body needs in a nice and flavoured shake.

As any other protein supplements, egg protein supplements helps in the reconstruction of the muscle tissue and prevent overtraining.

Egg protein has high absorption levels, all the egg protein ingested is retained by the body and it contains all the essential amino acids needed by the body.

Now itРІР‚в„ўs up to you to decide how you’ll take egg protein, if it’s by eating pure egg whites every day or through bodybuilding supplements.

That is it for today and keep coming back for more Bodybuilding supplements Reviews here at Workout Planet.

Egg whites, yes, very good. As in the picture to seperating the whites is great. However, it is so esasy to simply buy egg whites in a carton, it now makes it so easy.

I must confess that I not keen on separating egg whites, therefore I always buy the supplements. And come on they taste nasty.

Something to try would be having 3 egg whites, make scrambled egg whites in a pan, when you’re done sprinkle some lemon juice on them and then add pepper. After put the eggs on some bread (I prefer white bread but it’s 110 cal per slice) and then enjoy.
