You might ask what an A.M to P.M protein blend is, TRUE-MASS contains 6 different proteins with distinct digestion rates that will keep your muscles fed for 7 straight hours which is ideal for A.M and P.M use, and this is a similar blend found in another BSN bodybuilding supplement called Lean Dessert Protein.

Each serving of TRUE-MASS contains 5 grams of fiber matrix to support gastrointestinal health and increase the surface area that the body can absorb nutrients which increases nutrient uptake and utilization.

When reading the label don’t be frightened by the 110mg of cholesterol because most of it is good cholesterol obtained from sunflower oil and medium chain triglycerides (MCT’s) only 5g are saturated fats (bad cholesterol).

TRUE-MASS is fortified with BCAA’s for positive nitrogen balance, Glutamine peptides for muscle recovery and glutamine alpha for anti-catabolic effects.
