Bodybuilding Supplements Reviews – TRUE-MASS

November 16th, 2008 · 2 Comments

Gaining weight is not a hard job, health but when you are trying to build muscles you don’t want just to increase your weight you need quality and lean mass weight in order to build high quality muscles.

You can accomplish that with a diet rich in proteins, healing good carbs, unsaturated fats and to maximize gains a weight gainer, so today I’ll be reviewing TRUE-MASS a weight gainer made by BSN.

TRUE-MASS is a macronutrient heavy weight gainer with an A.M to P.M protein blend that will feed your muscles for up to 7 hours, ideal for replacing lost energy from intense training and for an additional caloric support to maximize lean muscle mass gains.

You might ask what an A.M to P.M protein blend is, TRUE-MASS contains 6 different proteins with distinct digestion rates that will keep your muscles fed for 7 straight hours which is ideal for A.M and P.M use, and this is a similar blend found in another BSN bodybuilding supplement called Lean Dessert Protein.

Each serving of TRUE-MASS contains 5 grams of fiber matrix to support gastrointestinal health and increase the surface area that the body can absorb nutrients which increases nutrient uptake and utilization.

When reading the label don’t be frightened by the 110mg of cholesterol because most of it is good cholesterol obtained from sunflower oil and medium chain triglycerides (MCT’s) only 5g are saturated fats (bad cholesterol).

TRUE-MASS is fortified with BCAA’s for positive nitrogen balance, Glutamine peptides for muscle recovery and glutamine alpha for anti-catabolic effects.

It is also important to mention that 5 of the 6 proteins found in TRUE-MASS are milk based, so if you’re lactose intolerant is always best to check with your physician before making use of this bodybuilding supplement.

Recommended Use:

“As a dietary supplement, mix 3 scoops with 16 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or mass-gaining requirements. To increase your protein and calorie intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use milk.”

For maximum performance stack with Nitrix, N.O-XPLODE, CELLMASS, AXIS-HT and SYNTHA-6, sound like and expensive stack eh? Well those are the recommendations made by BSN; I would go for a Nitric Oxide supplement and a creatine formula to maximize gains.

I would to hear what you think about this bodybuilding supplement, leave your comments below and help others make the right decision when buying their supplements.

Hope this review was useful and donРІР‚в„ўt forget to keep coming back for more bodybuilding supplements reviews and workout tips here at Workout Planet.
