Four Weeks Fat Burning Workout Program

To start our Workout Program series Workout Planet has put together a four week workout program to punish the fat in your body. This is the first of a series of 3 posts.

In this first part Workout Planet will explain how this four weeks fat burning workout program works and the changes this workout program will do to your body.

This workout program has little to none rest between exercises, by doing that your body will increase the production of fat burning hormones generating greater fat burning results.

The more calories your muscles burn the harder and leaner they become, so in this workout program you’ll work your muscles to the limit with a full body workout divided into two workout programs: workout program A and workout program B.

You will have to alternate between the two workout programs and rest for one day between each program. For example if you start with workout program A on Monday you’ll rest Tuesday, on Wednesday will be time for workout program B, Thursday rest again and repeat workout program A on Friday. The following week just revert the process and follow on like that for four weeks.

Now that you understand the benefits and how this four week fat burning workout program works its time to get down to business and hit the weights.
